This policy covers AEXPRESS Marketing Services India Pvt Ltd and its services – the Bajaj showroom (dms.aexpress.co.in), AEXPRESS Auction (auction.aexpress.co.in and the AEXPRESS app) and this website.
Name, mobile number, email, address, KYC documents (such as PAN or Aadhaar where the law requires it), vehicle and finance details, bids and payments, and basic device data (IP address, browser) needed to run the service securely.
To register you, verify your identity, process bookings, bids, payments and refunds, deliver vehicles and papers, provide service reminders, meet legal and tax obligations, and prevent fraud. We send offers only where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
Only as needed: the financier selling an auctioned vehicle, Bajaj Auto and our main dealer for sales, warranty and registration, finance partners you choose, our payment partner, insurers, RTO, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.
Data is stored on secured servers in India with access limited to staff who need it. We keep records for as long as the law requires (for example, tax and KYC rules) and then delete or anonymise them.
